Reflecting on 2025: A Message from Dr. Joe Dispenza

Greetings everyone! As we close the chapter on the incredible year of 2025, I, Dr. Joe Dispenza, want to take a moment to reflect on our accomplishments as a community and the personal lessons learned throughout the year.

Celebrating Achievements and Growth

This year has been nothing short of amazing. We have touched countless lives through our in-person events and online courses. It has been inspiring to witness the healing experiences of individuals who have learned to heal themselves. We have seen hearts opened, minds expanded, and past traumas transformed into wisdom.

In our community, we have fostered friendships, partnerships, and even new life, as children were born amidst this transformative work. The scientific research and discoveries we published this year have been significant, with two successful papers that have opened new avenues of understanding.

From Pseudoscience to Empirical Evidence

One of the most enlightening realizations this year is that the work we are doing can no longer be considered pseudoscience. The empirical data collected from our community has shown possibilities I never imagined. Researchers consistently affirm that the discoveries we’ve made are greater than expected, reinforcing the idea that we are capable of more than we think.

Our collective experiences have demonstrated remarkable transformations, from the way our brains and hearts function to the changes in our blood factors that promote health and longevity. These transformations are a testament to the profound connection between our minds and bodies.

The Power of Connection and Healing

During our retreats, we have observed dramatic improvements in participants' health markers. The act of connecting with this invisible field of unifying energy has shown to enhance immunity, promote nerve cell growth, and even diminish pain. For example, changes in lactating mothers’ breast milk after our events have been shown to promote health in their children.

Our coherence healing sessions have impacted over 4,000 lives this year alone, proving to be more effective than many conventional therapies. The stories of transformation we’ve witnessed, including those of veterans and individuals from diverse backgrounds, highlight the incredible potential within each of us.

Looking Ahead to 2026

As we look forward to 2026, we aim to expand our scientific studies on various health issues such as longevity, cancer, and PTSD. We will continue to demystify these processes and foster belief in the potential for personal change. This year, we conducted 17 retreats worldwide, impacting over 44,000 individuals who stepped into their potential.

In addition to our retreats, our remote coherence healing groups have administered 38,000 healing sessions, demonstrating the power of collective intention and healing.

Gratitude and Giving Back

As we approach this season of gratitude, I encourage everyone to reflect on their accomplishments and the abundance in their lives. It is in the act of giving that we truly receive, fostering connection and love within our communities.

Our work with the Give to Give Foundation has reached diverse populations, including incarcerated individuals and indigenous tribes. We have made strides in bringing healing and hope to those who need it the most.
