Was the cecum easily intubated? This means checking if the endoscopist was able to view all the way through your colon to the distal part of your small bowel.
Were there any polyps? If polyps were found, their type and pathology would dictate the timing of your next colonoscopy.

I'm pleased to share that my prep was rated a 9 out of 9, and my doctor was able to thoroughly examine my colon without finding any polyps. This means I won't need another colonoscopy for five years, though I plan to use ColoGuard as an interim screening tool.
